As i said to someone the other day....... The body knows what to do. It is our societal basd mindset that does not. We feel we can overrule our body. We feel we can control our body. The same we feel we can control nature. Luv what you said here. I hope folks listen to you. Great one Megan. The body just needs to be left on its own. We are the ones that get in the way.

Thanks friend. I really want to find out how to get this information out in the masses. Going against what so much of society's momentum says is a fun challenge. I find that the body did it to protect us- it was a caring response because the world got so out of balance. I do see the body needs support now- additional nourishment and attention after the toxic environment we created became out of wack. It needs extra love after so much control. It needs extra attention after being ignored. so it can go back in balance. Big hug!

this nformation is all around but it is drowned out by balderdash. One my biggest principles is that Ignorance is the biggest business on the planet. We are ignorant of ourselves. That is the first step but it won't come from the school system or outside. It would have to come from the home but we have abdicated so much to the government. So right now That I feel is to start. Keep doing what you do. One person at a time.

So helpful! One of us in my relationship is very good at releasing toxins…. And it’s not me! Perhaps I can get more comfortable now :) 🤍

Us Ladies had a lot of programming around this. It’s so much harder for us to let our body be in it’s natural form when there is so much pressure from society- “girls don’t fart. girls don’t belch, girls shouldn’t sweat or spit or scratch or MOVE.” I tell girls especially, Give yourself some time each day to resoften and scan what’s going on inside. so that there is a time and place to release and let it go. It’s so needed. So much focus has been put on the outside of our bodies- makeup, hair, clothes, weight… but truly when we start to redirect some of that energy inwards. we start to see miracles- and benefits on the outside like smooth skin, thick hair, whiter eyes, weight loss, age spots gone, grays gone, vericose veins gone. It’s like opposite world.

And good for your partner :) we do have a rule to “kick it out the side” so if someone farts, we aren’t breathing it in. We also remove ourselves from shared space, or light a match. We still can be considerate. hahah.

phenomenal, I will take the high road, and NOT be a knuckle dragger, BUT...farting in bed, with my partner of 11 years, married for 2 yrs, is one of the joys of my life, also I like to blast one when our dog is laying on me, and close to the source. All joking aside, that's a great article, people should talk about that more. Burping after a huge meal is great too, Bronx style, baby!

I'm so glad. ✨ 🤣 ✨ We have some rules in our house- kick it out the side (of the bed blankets so no one eats a fart, light a match, or step outside) For girls the burps and farts get held back. For men, it's usually the cries and being in the head all the time that is the hard stuff to open back up. Thanks for the comment and I'm so glad it makes sense! Let it out I say!

I have NEVER heard my wife burp or fart, and maybe only one GF from the past

seriously for girls its an issue. parents tell you, society tells you, movies tell you that woman who poop, fart or burp are disgusting, unloveable and unsexy. It's a lifetime of training to hold it in and it's killing them- digestive issues. For men- if they cry they are wimps (or other words) weak and pathetic. (usually deep sadness turns to inner rage)

Obviously these beliefs of ourself aren't true but we've been told it enough times. We are all humans in all of the natural stuff (emotions or smells) that have to get out of us.

I always thought deodorants were bad and those weird anti sweat things. Everything you say makes complete sense. I used to spend a great deal of time with a large number of men and I was widely regarded as the "master of flatulence", so I got that going for me. Thanks for the cool post.
