Why is this page is called Keep Breathing?
Well, air and oxygen are the base and most fundamental part of healing (and living). It pumps our system, it oxygenates our body and it brings in life force (chi/qi/prana to every cell) through our circulatory system. It is literally the most important ingredient to be alive and to heal. And it’s right under our nose. It calms, soothes, invigorates and livens our system.
Many focus on nutrition, hydration (both important) but we can live without food for a month, without water for a year, but only 2 minutes without Air. Breath is the foundation of life, the most important ingredient that can be integrated into any healing modality and throughout your day.
2-3 minutes lacking oxygen means you’re dead. If you don’t have enough, you’re cells are dying instead of regenerating.
It is usually the first thing you will get in a hospital. And you will pay for the tanks. But my darlings it’s free and available everywhere, thanks to Pachamama (mother earth) and her beautiful trees and plants that breathe out this life sustaining element for us.
I’ll be sharing more about the fundamentals of how our body works and heals, channeled and practiced over the course of 12 years and showcasing healing transformations that I can barely comprehend, reverse aging, massive weight, lost hair regrowth, reversing graying, bringing back sight, healing tinnitus, healing pain, allowing people to walk again and a lot of other side effects on the superficial side.
But first. Let’s open the sinuses so you can breathe more fully. Do this practice- 5-8 minutes and you will literally feel the sinuses open up, clear out and you will get more oxygen through your nose. (Bonus- it will reduce swelling and redness of the nose and face in a week of practice— you might even see it immediately after.)
Rumi has a poem called, Only Breath. Here are the last lines your post inspired me to read and share --
"I belong to the beloved, have seen the two
worlds as one and that one call to and know,
first, last, outer, inner, only that
breath breathing human being."
